Day 13
In: B: cereal w/ blackberries + soy milk L: ww bagel w/ cream cheese 3-4 mimosas (haha) S: 1 cupcake 3 pieces taffy 3 pretzels with 1 tsp hummus D: two ww tortilla pizzas S: green tea taffy
So today’s eating was kind of sporatic. I treated myself, obviously! I got to have my hair and make up done in a pin up style… plus A PHOTO SHOOT!! It was “vintage boudoir”...

In: B: bran flakes w/ soy milk + blackberries L: quesadilla using whole wheat tortillas + turkey meat S: smoothie (choc soy milk, water, strawberry protein powder, banana, oatmeal) D: spinach tomato wheat noodles, salmon, cherry tomatoes + black beans S: chocolate soy milk applesauce
Out: 1 hour walk w/ dog 45min walk 1+ hour gym (extra cardio + abs)
I have a suuuper exciting day...
